Our Bakery
Bistro has a full service bakery offering a variety of desserts - fruit and cream pies, cakes and cupcakes topped with Ganache -- tarts, fruit crisps, turnovers, lava cakes, cookies and cookie Sundaes. They can all be made to order for you for special occasions but we like to have three days to a week's notice!

One of our dessert specialties is Holly's Apple Bomb, an explosion of crispy pastry, tart baked apple, and the brown sugar, nuts, cranberries and whatever else she stuffs them with -- spectacular with ice cream!!
Our bread pudding is unlike any other -- an exquisite confection of croissants baked with a rich delicious English Cream. The Lemon Meringue Pie is out of this world and looks it! And brownie fans take note! Ours are made from a secret recipe our baker won't share. They disappear almost as fast as she can make them. YUMMMMM!
Everything at the Bistro tastes home-made because it is made right here in our own bakery. We use only fresh, unsalted Cabot's butter and the finest ingredients. Our whipped cream is made with fresh heavy cream. We do not add preservatives.
