Started by Jacqui Heriteau and her daughter Holly Stonehill they agreed that using the food ethos of the French was what they wanted to share with their guests . For Jacqui, food is a celebration, something that feeds the soul. The French understand the idea of a good meal, to relax, eat a series of good dishes, end up with a salad and always a sweet. We now have a service bar as well as wines and beer.
